This limited lifetime warranty applies to laptops sold by MiltaryTechSource.com or financed by AB Finance Inc., after the manufacturers warranty period has expired. This limited lifetime warranty applies as long as your account remains in good standing or you have paid in full. This limited lifetime warranty includes labor only.

Returned Warranty Repairs:

To request Warranty Service, you must contact AB Finance and/or MilitaryTechSource.com and inform us of the problem. To do so, please e-mail customerservice@abfinanceinc.com or simply call us at 1-800-697-5805. You can then send the laptop back to us or we can arrange for you to take your product to an authorized repair center. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

We try to resolve all warranty issues within 72 hours of receiving the laptop. Once your laptop has been repaired we ship the unit back via ground service. If you require a faster method you can request it at your expense.
