AB Finance purchases consumer receivables from all types of industries.
In addition to the consumer electronic market, AB Finance is keen
to purchase consumer receivables in the Recreation and Education market.
Examples of these are Nursing schools, Computer Education training,
Dating Services, and Health Clubs. AB Finance is not interested in
Auto receivables, Credit Card receivables, or Real Estate or Medical
bill financing.
Receivable factoring is not a loan – it is the sale of an asset.
Sometimes retail installment contracts for assets are paid immediately.
Sometimes they are paid over the course of one to two years, or even
longer. Instead of having to wait for payment on a retail product
or service that has already been delivered, a business can factor
(sell) its receivables for cash at a discount off the face of the
invoice. This cash offers you a number of benefits: You can meet payroll,
fund marketing efforts, or provide working capital.
